Conditions of sale for goods sold by telephone or from our website
1. Most of our products are original works and it is not possible to ensure that each complies exactly with any image or description. We can normally, if asked, email a photograph.
2. We need to receive payment in full prior to despatch. The cost of postage, packaging and insurance (either an exact amount or a maximum estimate) will be given at the time of ordering. Payment can be made by Debit or Credit Card over the telephone.
3. Price is that agreed at the point of payment.
4. Arrangements for delivery will be agreed by telephone or notified by email. We will do our best to achieve delivery estimates but if our despatch date is likely to be exceeded by more than five working days we will contact you and give you the option of cancelling the order. In the event of a delayed delivery please contact us if it is not made within ten working days of our estimate when you will have the opportunity of cancelling the order.
5. If the goods are defective please contact us within two working days of their receipt and we will arrange for their return at our cost and a credit to you or some other amicable settlement.
6. If the goods are not defective you have the option to return them at your cost (post, packaging and insurance) within seven working days in order to receive a credit. A telephone call or email prior to their return is appreciated.
7. Your right to cancel or return goods which are not defective does not apply to individual works produced to your specification for example commissions undertaken.
